We recently had the opportunity to sit down with Wes Ekstedt and Jordan Boone, 2 of the men behind Fight For Two Person Crews. They have worked tirelessly to share the importance of having 2 people in the cab of every locomotive.
Both men serve as Union Officers for Smart/TD Local 445. Their hard work paid off with the passing of legislation requiring 2 person train crews in their home state of Illinois. Great work guys!
